We share the details of our calendar with enrolled parents at the beginning of each school year. Generally, we phase in our preschoolers in small groups for five school days toward the end of August. After that week, we begin full day classes.
We schedule breaks at Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter , and we are closed on typical holidays throughout the year; however, any alignment with local school systems is coincidental, not planned.
Our school year ends no later than May 31.
All tuition must be paid through FACTS unless you are paying in full, by check. All others must register with FACTS no later than August 15 of the current school year in order to begin on-time payments.
Payments in full are due no later than Friday of the first week of school. In-full payments not made by that date will be assessed a $100 fee.
Your scheduled installment payments will be deducted from your accounts between September and May . There is a late fee for each overdue payment.
